- Wash the pan with warm water and mild dish soap.
- Apply a thin layer of oil (e.g., coconut, olive, rapeseed, or avocado oil). Spread evenly with a paper towel.
- Heat the pan on low to medium heat for a few minutes. This helps bond the oil to the surface.
- Let the pan cool down. It is now ready to use.
