No. When used correctly, food releases easily from the surface — even delicate ingredients like eggs. The ceramic non-stick coating lets you cook with little or no fat, without any Teflon or PFAS-based coatings.
Yes. Norrheim™ hybrid frying pans are made with a magnetic stainless steel base, so they work on all types of stovetops — including induction, gas and ceramic. The construction gives fast, even heat distribution.
Yes. The pan is more durable than traditional ceramic frying pans and can be used with metal utensils in normal use. For the longest possible lifespan, we do recommend some care and avoiding hard knocks or cutting motions against the surface.
Cleaning is easy. Warm water and a soft sponge or cloth are usually enough. If needed, the pan is also dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to preserve the surface for as long as possible.
Norrheim™ hybrid frying pans are built in several layers to combine even heat distribution, durability and non-stick performance.
The core is aluminium, which spreads heat quickly and evenly, encased in stainless steel so the pan works on all stovetops, including induction.
The cooking surface combines stainless steel with an organic, ceramic non-stick coating based on natural minerals. The coating is free from PFAS and PTFE, withstands high temperatures and is approved for food contact by Sweden's RISE, LFGB (EU) and FDA. Yes. At Norrheim, we believe in products made to be used for a long time. That's why we offer a lifetime warranty against material and manufacturing defects.
The warranty covers faults caused by production or materials, but does not cover damage from incorrect use — such as overheating, sudden cooling or use that doesn't follow our recommendations.
For the best results and longest lifespan, we recommend following the care and use instructions included with the product and available on our website.
If you have any questions about the warranty, you're always welcome to contact us.

- Clean the pan with warm water and a little soap, rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Apply oil – use coconut, olive, rapeseed or avocado oil, for example. Take a small amount and rub it evenly over the cooking surface with a paper towel.
- Heat the pan on low for a few minutes. This helps the oil bond to the surface.
- Let it cool completely – your pan is now ready to use!
