We always do our best to ensure your order is processed quickly and delivered safely. Here you will find all information regarding shipping and delivery.
Delivery Times
Processing time: All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1–5 business days.
Delivery time: Typically 5–10 business days after order confirmation.
Our products are often shipped from warehouses located outside Sweden, depending on stock availability. Delivery times may therefore vary slightly.

Insured shipping: 29 kr
Shipping costs are always displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Methods
All shipments are trackable and handled by our logistics partners (PostNord, DHL, Bring, Early Bird, or equivalent).
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as the package leaves the warehouse.
International Shipping
To offer unique products at competitive prices, some items are shipped directly from our central warehouse in Europe or Asia.
VAT and Customs Duties
Some products are shipped from warehouses located outside the EU. Therefore, Swedish VAT is not applied at checkout. For deliveries to Sweden, the Swedish Customs Agency or the carrier will charge import VAT, any applicable customs duties, and handling fees; these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Uncollected Packages
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, a handling fee of 299 kr will be charged to cover return shipping and administrative costs. Delayed or non-delivery
If you have not received your order within 15 business days, please contact us and provide your order number.
We will help you track the shipment or send a replacement product if the package has been lost.
Order confirmation and tracking
You will receive an order confirmation via email immediately after your purchase.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing an active tracking link (within 24 hours).
